Shri Dnyaneshwari Prasak Mandal,Pune is a Public Religious Charitable Trust.
The Centre functions in accordance with the practices laid down by Swami Madhavnath during his lifetime. Under the guidance of Swami Makarandanath a well-knit infrastructure of trustees, executive committee and volunteers has been organized to carry out all its activities. All the people involved are necessarily spiritual aspirants of the Centre.
The trustees and the members of the Executive Committee hold fortnightly meetings to plan and execute the various activities of the Centre, to discuss the feedback on discourses and programmes, and to maintain their standard through continuous assessment and improvement.
